I was sitting in the doctor’s office today when I saw your show. I was amazed at how at ease you were with the crew, and how passionate you were about the recipe. I was on there one time, and I was so nervous…and I know it showed. You are sure to be the next Food Network Star!! And, I passed your link around on Facebook. I have Whoopie Pies listed in my cookbook. Have you tried the pumpkin ones? They are big around the holidays.

And now I know what I’m doing with the Elmwood chicken thighs in my fridge! I always love chicken thighs the most when I’m dining out, but I’m so scared of savory I never actually do anything but roast a whole chicken. I bought the thighs two days ago to force myself to try them, your recipe post couldn’t be more timely!! Hurray!
