I’m excited to tell you that I’ve been announced as the Kentucky State winner for the National Chicken Cooking Contest. This is definitely one of the biggies, and it only comes around every two years!
There will be a regional judging and then if I pass that, I get to proceed to the finals in San Antonio. Keep your fingers crossed, because I’m just dying to compete in my sister’s home state of Texas.
