Every cook worth her salt has got to make a trip to Italy, right? Lucky for me, Michael’s family towed me along on their trip at the end of March, and we got to eat our way through Rome, Florence, Siena, and Chianti.
Thought I’d post a couple of pictures from the trip for your viewing pleasure. In Chianti, we all took a private cooking lesson. Andrea, the teacher commented on my technique, and I felt like I was cheating. I’m in culinary school after all!!!
